The Chteau Liversan was bought in 1995 by the Lapalu family. They also own four or five other chteaux in the Mdoc. The chteau and cellars have been beautifully restored. The Domaines Lapalu now includes, apart from Liversan, the chteaux Patache dAux, Lacombe Noaillac, Lieujean, Le Bosq, Fonpiqueyre, Lagrave, Les Rives de Gravelongue, Les Traverses la Franque, Le Borderon, and Larrivaux.
